This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with full kitchen, air conditioning, and also has filtered, purified water. Villa is on the ground floor with no steps or stairs, which makes access easy for everyone. The grande master bedroom boasts a king size bed, en suite with large shower and a private patio with fairway views. The second bedroom has queen size bed. Both bedroom mattresses are American style, which are plush and soft. The bedrooms and the main living area each have separate air conditioning, so temperatures can be controlled individually. Villa has all the modern amenities including 2 Smart TV's and Wi-Fi along with the old world charm of hand carved Mexican furniture. There is a washer and dryer for doing your laundry, and an outdoor closet with beach umbrella, wagon, towels, ice chest and beach chairs for the stroll to the ocean! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, convection microwave and range along with blender for margaritas, coffee pot, toaster, and everything for your cooking needs. If you do rent a car, there is a parking stall available in front of the unit. Uber, taxis, and public transportation are all readily available if you want to venture out! Property is locally managed with a great team to take care of any needs that may arise during your stay.

After running a successful AirBNB in the US, we wanted a vacation property in our favorite location in Mexico that we could share with others.
